Eating away from home or doing it in an unbalanced way, due to work commitments, trips or simply the tastes of each one, can lead to gradual organic poisoning. Changes appear such as fatigue, scattered pain, edema … alarm signals that should put us on our guard.

A diet based on fresh and natural products is the best option to eliminate the toxins that cause inflammatory processes and that can bring these alterations. But a more intense plan can also be useful and follow a diet that eliminates toxins and reduces inflammation caused by excess acidity for at least 10 days .

Sample menu to eliminate toxins and reduce inflammation

The following diet can be accompanied by dextrinated bread or whole wheat sticks, but salt and sugar must be completely omitted.

On an empty stomach:

  • Chop 1 clove of garlic and pour the juice of 1 large lemon into half a glass of hot water. Add a baking soda knife point to the water. These are the benefits of drinking lemon water in the morning.
  • Take the garlic (without chewing) and the juice at the same time.
  • Then a raw or baked apple and a yarrow infusion.

After 10 days you can add a slice of whole wheat toast rubbed with garlic and seasoned with parsley and a little corn or sunflower oil.

Half morning:

  • Two or three slices of natural pineapple.
  • A glass of water.

Meal:

  • A glass of lemon juice, like the one in the morning.
  • Lettuce, celery, endive, radishes, cucumber and spring onion salad.
  • You can dress it with a minced garlic clove, lemon juice and corn, sunflower or sesame oil.
  • 200 g of organic brown rice with red lentil puree. You can accompany it with artichoke, green pepper or leeks.
  • Fruit of the season (better pineapple, medlars, vineyard peach or apple).
  • Infusion of anise, dandelion and boldo.

In mid afternoon:

  • Liquefied celery and apple.

Dinner:

  • Draining broth: in two and a half liters of water, put two heads of loose garlic, 300 grams of onion, two strips of celery with leaves, two whole leeks, four green leaves of long lettuce and two tablespoons of barley flakes. Boil until reduced by half and strain. At the time of taking it, prepare in a bowl or soup plate two tablespoons of white algae type noodle, optionally half a teaspoon of grated vegan Parmesan cheese and add this draining, hot broth.
  • 1 apple.
  • 50 g of almonds or peanuts.
  • 1 vegetable gelatin.

Before bedtime:

  • A glass of water with the juice of a small lemon.
  • Add a baking soda knife point to the water .
