Spots On The Skin? 4 Plants That Fight Them

The spots appear over the years in the parts of the skin most exposed to the sun. To avoid them, some plants can help you.
Remove spots on the skin

When the sun shines, you want to wear lighter clothes and show skin. It is also pure organic necessity, since the solar rays favor the assimilation of vitamin D and relieve hot flashes. But it is worth bearing in mind the advice of dermatologists when sunbathing.

In the long run, this is also responsible for the appearance of spots on the skin. These types of spots – flat and brown, black or red – appear especially on the skin most exposed to the sun: the face, neck, hands, décolleté, shoulders …

Experts call them “solar lentigo” or “senile”, as they tend to multiply with age, although they are also common in very light skin. The lentigo is, by definition benign. It only represents an aesthetic problem that can be given greater or lesser importance, although in case of doubt it is advisable to go to the doctor.

It stands out for its detoxifying power and is revitalizing for the skin.

The herbal tea, internally, prevents and eliminates impurities ; topically through massage or bath, revitalizes skin with scars and wrinkles.

Also try it as a decoction with herbs such as fumaria, mint and horsetail.

Lemon

Lemon is a traditional bleaching remedy , although it is fair to clarify that it does not work for everyone. It is also an antioxidant and cleanser.

Use it daily, at least 8 weeks, in touches or massage with gauze, better with apple cider vinegar and liquefied onion. Leave on for 30 minutes.
