It’s amazing that the rule is still taboo. Let men make jokes every time a compress appears on the scene. With the fucking little phrase: Are you in those days? The rule is life. And life sometimes hurts.
That is not talked about.
It is not known.
Because women don’t complain.
Out of shame or modesty.
The pain of menstruation can sometimes equate to that of a heart attack.
And there are many people who keep saying that women are exaggerated.
Drink something.
Why do many women have to stoically endure having a heart attack every month?
And above when they say they can’t take it anymore.
When they are bent with infinite pangs.
When they are absent from their jobs.
They call them complainers.
It is incredible that women have not received correct information about their own bodies, how they work, what can happen.
Incredible that at home this is taboo.
That men do not want to know anything either and make jokes every time a compress, or a tampon or a menstrual cup appears on the scene.

Meanwhile their GPs tell them that they are “normal” pains.
What if the men who rule the world had their period?
Probably the world would freeze every moment.
An urgent solution would probably have been sought .
Probably everyone and everyone would know how they suffer.
How poor they are.
But no.
As long as the world is controlled by men who do not know, nor want to know, what menstruation is.
Not what it causes.
Women will continue to suffer in silence.
And holding on.
Each month.
A little death with a smile.
